I don't even know how to adequately express my gratitude to Marlana for her hard work, kindness, honesty, sacrifice of her time and patience with me as I sold my parents' home. She is the most amazing person that I have met in a long time. We were 1,600 miles away when we were selling the house, and she took care of everything, not to mention getting an over asking price offer on the first day! The entire process was seamless, and that is only because of Marlana. I am eternally grateful for her hard work. She put me totally at ease throughout the entire process, and I would recommend her to EVERYONE!

Marlana has been absolutely AMAZING while helping me purchase my first home. She has been extremely resourceful, knowledgable, honest, and fantastic every step of the way. We had a great experience working with Marlana as our realtor. She walked us through every step of the process from advising us on what needed to be done to prepare our home to be placed on the market advertising the property communicating with us on private showings and setting up an open house. She is very personable and really got to know us throughout the process. She was always timely in her communication. She was present during the photo session of our home and aided in staging the property. She made the overall experience easy fun and successful.

Marlana is definitely the girl you want on your side when you're either selling or buying. I contacted Marlana when I was ready to sell my house and she made the process so easy and stress free for me.
